Sanyou Goldfish Farm, established in 1991, has developed into a large-scale professional enterprise integrating the culture and the business of the goldfish, the tropical fish and the brocarded carp. The fish farm was approved and registered as a place for the culture, transfer and packing of the export ornamental fish by the State Administration for the Inspection and Quarantine of Import and Export Commodities in the year 2000. Meanwhile, as a fish farm specially designated under the supervision of state inspection and quarantine departments, the fish farm shall accept regular inspections by the Key Laboratory of Aquatic Animals to complete its monitoring plan of animal health in the fish farm. It became a member of the OFI (the Ornamental Fish International) in the year 2001. As the fish farm has established steady business relations with the ornamental fish farms all over China, it enjoys the right of preemption and the fish farm is able to supply ornamental fish of high quality and a great variety all year round.

For the requirement of business development, Sanyou Fish Farm had invested a new fish farm occupying a total area of more than 200 mu in Taiping Town, Qingxin County, Qingyuan City in the year 2004. Kingworld Aquarium Co. Ltd. was later incorporated in Qingyuan City. The company begins its business in the year 2006.
